Yes. Veterinarary consent is required before veterinary physiotherapy can proceed. The veterinary referral form can be found above. This is to ensure that the physiotherapy treatment is safe and suitable for your animal and that I am aware of all relevant medical history to provide the most appropriate and beneficial treatment for your animal.
You would need to check your insurance policy details to see if veterinary physiotherapy is covered. This may fall under complementary therapies. I will provide invoices for insurance claims; however, payment is required on the day of the treatment. Your insurance provider can then reimburse you directly for the services received.
