This treatment includes hands on techniques such as massage, stretching, joint range of motion, joint mobilization, and neural dynamic mobilization. It aims to reduce pain, release restrictions and improve mobility in the soft tissue structures and joints.

This treatment uses pain free electrical currents to stimulate muscles or nerves. 

TENS: provide pain relief through endorphin release and the pain gate mechanism. 

EMS: produces involuntary muscle contractions for muscle re-education, preventing muscle atrophy, and improving muscle tone and circulation.

This is a non invasive treatment that uses concentrated light (photonic energy) which gets abosrbed by cells. It results in a series of chemical and physiological changes within the tissue. It decreases pain and inflammation, and improves tissue repair by enhancing circulation and accelerating the body’s natural healing processes.
